At Royvon we pride ourselves on providing great customer service - together with superb care to our dog guests while they stay with us. As holiday preparations can be a bit hectic many of our clients choose to ease the time pressure by having their dogs collected by us from their home at a date and time to suit them.

Our vehicles are only driven by specially chosen professionals who are non-smoker drivers with a clean driving license. They have also gone through all the necessary training so that all journeys comply with Defra Animal Health and Welfare regulations. All our vehicles are fully air conditioned and fully customised to provide the best possible dog safety and comfort.

We drive at times to suit you

For our London clients it's normally more convenient to have their dogs delivered or collected during the evening as it saves them having further time off work and its normally saves on congestion charge. We generally have more availability during the evenings also.

Our charges are generally .45p per mile on longer journeys outside congestion zones, other journeys are charged at a flat rate depending on your postcode. (Any tolls are charged in addition)
