Training Testimonials
Pluto and Skye - Merthyr Tydfil Trainer, Terry Dowman
Dear Terry, David, Karen and the rest of the Royvon team,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for having dealt with our ASBO Great Dane. We have been back home now for 4 weeks and he is a different dog. Both Pluto and Skye clearly enjoyed their 5 week stay - and adored Terry - they followed him everywhere. When I picked them up they shone with health - not the normal sight when a Great Dane (or two) have been in kennels. Over the last two years I have employed behaviourists, obedience trainers, even a gundog trainer once a week - and never got close to being able to walk Pluto anywhere near another dog. After five weeks with Terry I have now successfully walked him in my village with other dogs around - and we remained calm and controlled - and more importantly we were relaxed.
I have to say a very special thanks to Terry. he went over and above the call of duty - he worked to sort out the problem and I never felt he was following a 'formula' but he was working with the dog. Mind you, he gave me a good workout when I came to pick them up - he is as good at training people as he is at dogs!

Dave - Surrey Trainer,Paula Brown
The training for the dog and ourselves and the explanation was excellent. We are clear on what we have to do and have been given confidence to do so but feel able to ring for advice if we are struggling !We will be retuning Dave for boarding and training when we go on holiday later in the year and we would recommend him to anyone.

Fritz - Merthyr Tydfil Trainer,Terry Dowman:
To Royvon, Thank you for all your support and training of ‘Fritz’ our three month old retriever puppy. His five week stay at your training facility at Merthyr was invaluable. He’s now arrived in Dubai and his understanding and recognition of commands is excellent – we could never had covered as much ground in such a short space of time. As well as Fritz, our family has really benefited from your support, training notes and video diaries through use of Facebook, not to mention the aftercare service / support we continue to receive to reinforce training and understanding. Once again, our sincere thanksfor looking after our puppy so well, we are forever indebted to you. The Hill Family, Dubai P.S. Thanks to Terry, Karen and Sarah for their love, patience and attention...... and taking ‘Fritz’ for his visits to the vets!
Blackberry - Surrey Trainer,:
Blackberry was brought back today. It was lovely to have her back and we've seen a great change in her even though she got a little bit excited about seeing everyone! So thank you to everyone for all your hard work. Many thanks again for everything and please pass on our thanks to Rachel and Darren especially. Best wishes, Bernadette
Trevor - Surrey Trainer,Katrina Johnson:
Dear Darren, We just wanted to officially thank you and your staff for being superb boarding kennels . We have put Trevor into boarding kennels on two previous occasions and we know that he dislikes the experience per se. Trevor is obviously thrilled to be home but he is showing no abnormal behaviour and has settled down immediately. Moreover he has demonstrated that your training programme works!
Please may we send special thanks and congratulations to Katrina; she was so kind to Trevor and an excellent trainer.
We will undoubtedly use you again and also spread the word. Trevor received the best possible attention at your kennels and also the kindest support,
With further thanks and our kindest regards,
The Holtons x 3
Kye - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Terry Dowman:
Hi i'd like to say a massive thanks to all the team mostly Terry for keeping us up to date about Kye our 10month old GSD, your emails and telephone calls have made this time much easier many thanks again looking forward to seeing you all soon.x
Scooby - Surrey Trainer,:
Scooby's behaviour in the house has improved 100% since he has been home, he is brilliant at coming in from the garden, there is no attacking me or the window if he sees a cat outside and his behaviour around guests has been excellent which is great because this quite a big problem before, he is respecting me and doing what i want rather than doing what he wants, overall i am very pleased with the results from scooby stay at royvon, long may it continue, further updates will follow, thankyou.

Cocoa - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Terry and Tony:
I want to thank you and your trainers Tony and Terry for the invaluable help during our recent training. My dog Cocoa is now a joy to walk. This week we achieved our goal by adopting a rescue greyhound called Judy. This would not have been possible without training in controlling Cocoa and socialising him with other dogs. I have recommended you to a number of friends who I'm sure will be using you in the future. I may have to come back to you myself as the greyhound we have adopted is very timid and gets frightened when we are out. We'll give her a few weeks to settle but if we need help, we know where to come.
thanks again
Andrea Harford
Wylie - Surrey Trainer,:
We are still very intensively training Wylie and are very happy with the progress he has made so far and hopefully has the basis of good behaviour that will improve as he develops mentally (he's still at a boisterous puppy age).
Thanks very much for all your help. We were reluctant to leave him anywhere as he is so attached to us and nervous of others, but my wife is already hoping to get away on holiday next year knowing there is somewhere we trust to leave him while we've gone.
Kind Regards,
Pete
Sabah - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Just like to say a hugh Thank you to Tony Hughes, When Sabah came to Royvon she was in desperate need of behaviour Training, she is a different dog since coming home,of course we still have to remind her now and then of what she can and cant do, but overall she is really good, she has stopped chasing cars and bikes and listens to most commands, we are very pleased with what Tony has done for Sabah and will definitely be recommending you to friends!
Thank you again. Tina & Phil
Elsa - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Thank you for giving me a new start with Elsa. She is much calmer, happier, confident and relaxed. You have enabled her to live a full and happy life.
I can now walk her confidently past other dogs. We passed two dogs that were not on-lead and she responded beautifully. We stand by what you taught us and she is a changed dog - We will build on this. You have given me a close friend for a long time. Thank You from the both of us!
PS. Your professional and judgement-free approach was very much appreciated
Tilly - Surrey Trainer,:
I thought you might like to know how Tilly is getting on. She is generally being brilliant - I couldn't have wished for more. To begin with I took her to a grass field twice a day where we keep our horse and just went through everything I had done with you. She has been very receptive and is getting better by the day. She walks to heel and will stay while I walk ahead about 50 yards. Sometimes she is distracted by smells - I let her have a smell and then call her back to heel which she does immediately. In the evening we go back to the field for more training. She is also much better in the garden and isn't constantly barking at people and dogs on the other side of the wall. If she does bark we tell her 'no' and she stops immediately.
Thank you so much for all your help, Ahmet - you have given us all hope for the future and taken such care with Tilly. She clearly adored you.
I look forward to hearing from you when you have time.
best wishes
Jayne
Jodie & Wilbur - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Terry Dowman and Karen Hinds:
To Terry, Karen and every one else at Royvon,
Jodie and Wilbur have been back at home now for three weeks & I am thrilled to tell you that they are very well behaved and continue to progress in everyway. They both love their new routine and adore being trained and put through their paces everyday.
Last weekend we went to a vintage car rally with hundreds of people, stands other dogs and distraction. It took them a little time to settle but they were so much better behaved than ever before.
So Thank You Terry & Karen for your help thoughtfulness, training and dedication.
Julie, Jacqui, Jodie & Wilbur Xxxxx
Bruce - Surrey Trainer,:
We have had an up hill battle with Bruce, our Staffordshire Bull Terrier. We were thinking about giving him away because we just could not handle his bad behaviour, but we decided to give him and us, one last chance. We are so glad that we did. Dan saved us all. He has trained Bruce to such a standard that we are easily able to continue to do so at home, in addition, he has given us not only the tools, but also the psychology and attitude that we need to manage Bruce. He is a much calmer dog than he was before, which in turn has made us more relaxed. We can't thank you and the rest of the team for all their help. Royvon is a unique and wonderful place for dogs and people, alike. We feel that we have made friends at Royvon...............we all just love it!!!!
Thanks and Best Regards,
Simone and Justin Jacobs and Bruce!
Beau & Desiel - Surrey Trainer,:
Hi Everyone at Royvon,
I thought you might like to know how the scallywags have settled in back at home. I decided to take Beau for her first walk to heel and she did this beautifully. I was on the whole very pleased with the walk - it was a good start to a new beginning.
On returning home the dogs were naturally excited to be back together. Rebecca had done some training in part of the garden which the dogs will no longer have as a play area and she said Diesel responded to her commands with flying colours. No surprise there then.
The greatest change has been since then. They have both been in a calmer state of mind and have been very obedient to both our commands. They have both stayed on their beds when told and remained there when commanded to stay. They have both even remained on their beds when we've walked passed them and my son, who is temporarily staying with me, has walked past them. This would have been unheard of before - they would have jumped up and made a nuisance of themselves.
They are laying at my feet asleep right now, it is a joy to behold.
Thank you, I shall keep you informed.
Jem - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Karen Hinds:
To Everyone at Royvon especially Karen,
Thank you for all hard work in training Jem. She has come home a different dog.
Don't forget there is a spare room here. So if you want a holiday & to see Jem again, come down.
We are all really grateful.
Thanks,
Amanda, Mark, Leanna, Danielle & Antonia
Jess - Surrey Trainer,:
Hello there, I am just reporting that Jess is doing really well. We're keeping up with the programme and the results are great. Everyone is really impressed with her.
Many thanks, Karen
Ozzy - Surrey Trainer,:
Dear Ahmet
Firstly a giant THANK YOU for all your time and patience with Ozzy, we know it can't have been easy. And also thanks to all the other trainers and staff who must have given Oz a lot of hard work and attention too.
Of course it's early days for us but things are looking good already we are noticing more attentiveness and less attention seeking behaviour . We are going to take it steady and build up my confidence again with him (my voice is stronger normally-honest!) and other dogs and people. We have taken on board every thing you've said and will strive for success, I still wish you would come and be our lodger..... Ozzy seems pretty 'chilled' since he's come home which is lovely.
Well thanks again Ahmet (and every one else -oh and Katrina for his final bath, I know he has a lot of fur but he was done superbly I just gave him a brush out this morning to get rid of the final flurry and he looks great)
I shall be in touch with Ozzys (and MY) progress probably in a weekly brief diary format.
I hope you get a nice QUIET dog to replace Ozzy, what a shame for you that you get the dogs up to scratch and then have to give them away and start again but I suppose that's the nature of the game.
All the best L & G & Ozzy
Louis & Logan - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Hi Tony & Everyone, I would like to thank you all very much for taking such good care of my boys - they are home safe and sound.
Michael took them out separately for their training sessions this mornign and it went really well - a coupdl of wee tugs to remind them to walk properly, but all-in-all they were really good.
We were really impressed with Tony's progress with them, what a great job. It was so good to see Logan calm with another dog so close to him - he used to be terrified, and Louis... who would have thought he could have made such progress. They are so calm and happy!
We will keep working with them and keep you informed.
Thanks for all your help.
Donna Howard
Bailey - Surrey Trainer,:
Just a quick email to say that Bailey is doing really well, he is not pulling on the lead any more and his recall is vastly better. He can now count to 5 ;-) by the way! So going to look at some new tricks... All in all he seemed to of thoroughly enjoyed his week there and it was well worth missing him so much for his improvement.
Garry & the cheeky Bailey
Griff - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Terry & Gwyneth:
Hi There,
May I thank you all for a thoroughly enjoyable week end, weather apart. The venue, food and Company was excellent.
We both found it very beneficial and I was pleased Terry and Gwyneth saw both the Good and Bad side of Griff so that they could make a accurate assessment of the challenge he can be. Their advice was very comprehensive and I have taken it on board and shared it with Andrew here. So we are working hard in enforcing the advise and are already seeing the benefits.
The hotel you chose was very good and the food excellent.
I am sure anybody coming in January or any other time with have as brilliant time as both Griff and I did.
Thank you once again and I will keep you informed of our progress
Cheers,
Wendy
Socks, Sunbeam & Sparkle - Surrey Trainer,:
Hi Darren,
The reception we received was utterly professional and our dogs were treated extremely well.
The intensive effort that Jackie put into understanding our dog's problems and requirements meant that leaving our beloved children in your care was made a lot easier.
You have an excellent ethos, team spirit and instructors to be very proud of!
Many Thanks
Betty and Ian Saxton
Logan - Surrey Trainer,:
Just a quick line to say that Logan is doing very well with his continuation of training.
As you can see from the picture, he is very happy.

Shannon & Storm - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Now that we have had our follow up visit with Tony, we felt we would like to express our gratitude to all concerned at Royvon.
We have to admit that we were quite concerned when we booked for training that the methods used might in some way disturb the relationship we had built up with Shannon and Storm over four years. We could not have been more wrong.
As you say in your literature, your role is to train the dogs and our role is to learn to be handlers. You have carried out your function wonderfully well and we have a very firm foundation upon which to build.
Tony is quite clearly a very experienced trainer and we particularly like the fact that he spent the first three days of their course in getting to know Shannon and Storm and becoming their "buddy".
He appears to have mastered the skill of getting the balance absolutely right between being a "buddy" and enforcing strict discipline where necessary.
We are now enjoying our life with Shannon and Storm much more than we were before training and really believe that their lives are now much fuller as a result of the experience.
Tony has kept us informed of progress throughout the course both by way of emails and telephone calls and we recently experienced the free follow up session where he could see the progress we have made and we learned much more about the way to continue their training even further.
It is now a pleasure to take Shannon and Storm for walks without being dragged along. They are big dogs and it is not difficult now for either of us to handle both dogs at a time.
Storm's aggression problem is much improved and it is not now a fearful experience when we come across other people with dogs on leads. Tony has given us excellent advice on how to manage ourselves first in these situations and this self management is quite clearly being transferred to the behaviour of the dogs.
Our good experience did not, however, stop at Tony. We have found everybody we have come into contact with at Royvon to be remarkably efficient and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend your company to anybody.
Irrespective of future developments, we fully intend keeping in touch with Tony who we now regard as a friend.
Kind regards
Lance and Maureen Luckhurst
Imbiss - Surrey Trainer,:
Imbiss is doing well. he seems much calmer now. I've had the confidence to let him off the lead and he has enjoyed it. Sometimes he is more interested in the smells around and it takes a few attempts to get him to look up, but he'll come back when I call.
Many thanks for your help,
Nicola & Imbiss
Angel - Surrey Trainer,:
I just had to let you no that Angel is coming along so well. She is like a different dog and everyone has noticed this. We have just moved home and we have a big garden now so she comes in and out as she likes now she doesn't have the thing now that she has to escape all the time. We can take her for a run off lead and she comes back its just great - I'm just so pleased. It has taken a long time but with us keeping up the training we were shown, its all fantastic now and to think I was going to get rid of her. I wanted to share this with you because it is down your team that has made Angel into a great dog. Angel.
Many Thanks, Sue
Coco - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Thank you so much for all your time and dedication you have put into training Coco. She really is "sweet Coco" now. We are both working very hard and having lots of fun. The best thing is that now Coco can be in the lounge with us and don't get bitten. Thank you to all the staff at Royvon - you have done a great job! Best Regards, Claire & Andrew Portsmouth
Lily - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Ian and I just want to say thank you again for all that you have done to help Lily and us. After we left you yesterday we braved it and took her to Pets at Home. The manager there though she was wonderful and gave her a chew, which Lily took off her (before we had chance to say no!!) and she let her touch her without any stress at all. She did not bark or act silly she was calm and like a normal dog (she even met a big dog on the way out and walk straight pass it). We were really pleased to think that she behaved well for us and that she enjoyed being out doing normal things with us rather than being left behind. We are really hopeful that things are going to get better for her and us thanks to all your help.
Kind Regards
Louise and Ian Baker
Bailey - Surrey Trainer,Katrina Johnson:
Many thanks to you and your team for taking such good care of Bailey last week; he came home happy and healthy and relaxed. He actually is doing lot better now in his home-crate because of his stay with you. We will be scheduling his 2nd module with you in the next couple of months.
Mack - Surrey Trainer,:
We have had many ups and downs with Mack, not only thru his illness but with his behaviour. I can honestly say I was at the end of my tether. You were our last hope and thank God for you. My husband came to pick Mack up yesterday, what a difference, what a joy, what a dog. You have completely changed him and by doing so, you have changed my attitude. We now have a dog that we can continue to train but has the basics. Something we were unable to do ourselves as novice dog owners. I now feel much more relaxed and feel trained myself.
Many thanks
Sarah Duke
Ben, German Shepherd - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Ben continues to progress since returning from Royvon's training course.I could not believe that the dog I collected at the end of his course was the same one I delivered to you 3weeks earlier. He has been transformed from a highly exciteable dog with a degree of aggression in him to a very well behaved dog and is now a pleasure to walk. I am also enjoying putting into practice the routines which Tony coached me on when I was with him for the day
P.S. Delighted to recommend Royvon to anybody considering sending their dog for training
Regards
Alex Hutton
Honey - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,:
Thank you for all your e-mails. We are looking forward to picking Honey up on Saturday and watching our trainer put her through her paces! Three weeks is a long time. The communication throughout our dogs stay has been excellent and we have been able to access news even from the remote highlands of Scotland even when my mobile ceased to work. Lochinver was the northernmost internet cafe we found and it was very reassuring and interesting to track Honey's progress. So please thank all the team especially our trainer and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday.
Boycey - Surrey Trainer,:
Hi Darren
I really can't believe the difference in Boycey, well impressed and what a difference - everybody that comes round are impressed with his training.& i am really please with everything he has done for boycey and ourselves Thank you for everything
Paula Redding xxx
Parsley - Surrey Trainer,:
It's really lovely to have him back, and I do think he's calmer than when he went to you - he's responding better to 'no' when he jumps up, for instance, without getting even more excited. We had a good session today playing with the ball and doing lots of little recalls. And I'm doing his counting, too, so that I can impress my husband. I thinks he's still pretty tired from all the hard work you've done with him.
Thanks Again,
Nancy
Jake - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Rachel Dowman:
We are both over the moon with Jake's behaviour since returning home from Royvon. He is making good progress every day and we are extremely pleased with him. It is now a pleasure to take him out on his lead, as he is being a very good boy.
We would like to thank you all for all your hard work in training Jake, and we are telling all our friends and family about the Royvon Training School. Thanks a million!
Cadi & Seren - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Tony Hughes:
Cadi and Seren were two "normal" young dogs who had taken advantage of the naivety and lack of dog training experience of their owners (me in particular). We decided to get some professional help, in order to ensure a happier future for both parties. A friend recommended Royvon.
Our case was allocated to a trainer, who calmly explained to us what our expectations could be after the training period. We were kept fully in touch of our dogs progress during this time by both our trainer and the rest of the Royvon team.
The results were impressive. The instruction we received when we came to pick the dogs up was first class. We are now in control, with the dogs being more calm and obedient than we could ever have wished for. We now realize that we were not "top dog" and with Royvon's help this has now been rectified, we were told straightaway that this was only the first step on the journey with hard work being done after leaving the course.
We take our dogs out three or four times a day and they and us both enjoy this new relationship.
Cadi and Seren will be attending the free follow up session in the next weeks and we look forward to seeing the Royvon team again.
I am sure there will be a couple of things which need can just to put right.
As for the dogs, they are perfect.
Thanks once again to all at Royvon and to our trainer in particular.
Regards
Barry and Jan Williams
Derek - Surrey Trainer,:
Hi Ahmet - Just thought that we would update you with Derek's progress...Firstly, the journey home was quiet! He is usually a nightmare in the car and whines and cries. He settled in the car and was asleep in the footwell!
He was very quiet Monday and we had difficulty getting him to go outside. He slept a lot. You must have worn him out! Training Tuesday was hard work and then we walked him around the block. He was much better than prior to coming to Royvon.
Today, James took him to our neighbours garden for training at lunchtime and he was very good and behaved well.
This evening I took him for training and, again, he was very good and we did lots of sit and stay and down and stay. After training I walked him for a couple of minutes and he was fantastic. He walked really well and responded well.
He seems more settled at home and we have even been teaching him to go to his bed for a treat which the girls have been doing with him.
We are really enjoying having him home and are really enjoying the training with him.
Thanks for all your hard work with him..
James and Karen
Blake - Surrey Trainer,:
Hello Ahmet,
Well what can I say - are you sure that we collected the right dog on Saturday ?
We have been working with Blake as suggested, I have taken on the primary role for now as after leaving Jason & I felt that Blake would be more likely to try and show dominance over me. His first session is very early in the morning before I start work, when I take him for a 15 minute on lead session and it is amazing! I have to keep looking at the end of the lead to check that I have a dog attached. We have been working hard to ensure that we do not let him slip back into his old habits, this includes never letting him through doors or up and down the stairs in front of us. He has to sit and wait for us to go first and be told that it is OK, and he is responding really well.
We will of course bring him back for a follow up session, but not sure if we book this direct with you or through the office, but are looking to do so early in the new year.
Meanwhile we would like to say a huge thank you for your hard work and let you know how much we appreciate the difference that your persistence has made.
We look forward to seeing you again in the new year, and meanwhile would like to wish you a merry Christmas & happy new year.
Again thank you
Alex, Jason & Blake Kehoe
Finn - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,Terry Dowman:
I chose to put my young 4 1/2 month old flat coated retriever in kennels for training recently as we had a death in the family (my father-in-law) and we needed to get away for a couple of days. The main problem was that my older dog had rejected the new puppy and this left me with a problem of what to do with the dogs when we went away! I have never used boarding kennels before, so I was wary. One idea was to find a training kennel so that my puppy would be kept occupied and continue to learn his basics rather than be bored and frustrated.
I searched on Google and found Royven Dog Training Kennels. I immediatley spoke with Darren James who put together a traning programme to suit my needs and my puppys' needs. It all sounded great and just what was needed for Finn. On arrival at Merthyr Tydfil we were met by Sarah Draper and our training supervisor Terry.
Terry trains gun dogs, so this was ideal as hopefully Finn will be trained to the 'gun' - all being well! I immediately felt at ease when I met Terry - he used all the same language and was gentle with Finn. I left the kennels happy that Finn was going to have a great time learning and socialising with other dogs and happy in the knowledge that Terry was the right man for Finn. The following morning Sarah text me letting me know that Finn was happy and socialising and playing with her standard poodle! She even sent me a photograph of Finn.
I immediately felt better. It was a lovely touch. This, Sarah did most days - sent me a brief text and photos of Finn either training with Terry or socialising with other puppies. Plus, Terry phoned to give me an outline of how things were going. It was great as it was important that I knew how things were progressing - especially as he was so young. Finn was there for 6 nights and when we picked him up Terry spent some time showing me what activities they had been concentrating on - involving me in the learning process. They had even given him a quick shampoo so he was lovely and clean to take home. Since we have returned home, Finn is more settled and calmer. He doesn't mouth as much as he did before. Terry and I have spoken on the phone so that I can continue the training and let Terry know where we are up to. It has been a great experience for not only Finn but myself. I enjoy training my dogs, but because of the problems with my older dog 'Jake', I needed to find another outlet so that we can go away.
Although, I would recommend using Royvon even if you haven't any problems. Just to see Finn more settled and calmer in himself was enough. We plan to go back next month to Royvon. I know that Finn will be happy to learn more and it helps me to keep his training on track. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royvon for not only the training but for the knowledge that your dog is being genuinely cared for. Many thanks Kind regards Gayle
Christine Mayer - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,:
Firstly, may I say a big "Thank You", especially to Terry & Darren for all their time and patience with Nellie - she certainly has improved! A big "Thank You" to you all at Royvon - you are all a great Team.
Jasper - Surrey Trainer,:
I would just like to thank you for all your help, since I got home with Jasper he has been like a different dog; he actually listens to me now and you have given me confidence that I will be able to manage him in the future.
I would be very happy to recommend you to others. Have a happy Christmas and a good New Year.
Kind regards
Paula Stone
Dylan - Surrey Trainer,:
Dylan, my chocolate Lab, although good natured was completely unruly and was starting to make my life a misery by dragging me down the road on the lead and uncontrollable with excitement when he saw other dogs. After being trained on a 10 day intensive course with Ahmet, he is now a pleasure to walk, much calmer when he sees other dogs, more affectionate and far more attentive to my command (of which is now more assertive as Ahmet trained me too!!). All this was achieved without my lovely dog losing his unique personality. Further more Dylan seemed to enjoy his time at Royvon and I would always be happy to take him back for boarding and reccomend both trainer and school to anyone.'
Kind regards
Kellie Goddard
John Jermine - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,:
George was a new dog when we returned home and has remained both obedient and friendly towards other dogs and no longer seeks to escape the property - he seems very happy and his stay with you was very productive - his "brothers" Oscar,(11years) and Bertie (3years) have both enjoyed and benefitted from the training sessions - we are delighted. Many thanks
Liz Barry - Merthy Tydfil Trainer,:

Titch & Pixie - Surrey Trainer,:
I wish to congratulate you on employing Titch & Pixie's wonderful dog trainer at Esher Surrey! Within a short time he had Pixie sitting, laying and waiting, without moving. He has a wonderful way of handling dogs (and their owners). Pixie loved him, and also his two brothers Titch & Tiny followed him everywhere. He has a unique understanding of dogs and is very committed to training them. He did not rush and was quick to praise my boys (especially Pixie) when he done what he was told. We will miss seeing him very much.
I will readily recommend Royvon and especially our trainer to all other dog owners, and hope to pop back to visit you in the near future.
Leo - Surrey Trainer,:
Before our dogs, Leo and Raphy, came to Royvon for training they were impossible to walk. They are both big dogs, Leo a Rottwieller and Raphy a husky, and were very strong which made it hard to train them. After four weeks at the Surrey school with Ahmet they are totally different dogs. They walk to heel, sit, stay and come back when they are called. It used to be a nightmare taking them out but now it is a pleasure. We cant thank you enough for the great job you have done and we would recommend anyone who is having problems to come to Royvon for help.
Best wishes and many thanks,
Lynne and Babs and a Big Thanks from Leo & Raphy xxx
Harley - Surrey Trainer,:
It is lovely to have Harley home. She is much better behaved than before but there is still the Harley spark in there which is great. She is looking really good too - her coat is looking better than ever and she's filled out too. Can I check what you've been feeding her because it obviously suits her.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of her and turning her in to a dog anyone would be proud to own.
Ann Davidson - Surrey Trainer,:

Sue Argue - Surrey Trainer,:
thank you for your letter. Just to let you know that George is doing extremely well since the training both he (and us) received. He has returned home a different dog - and responding well to the continued instruction that we are giving him. He's actually a pleasure to take out, and indoors is allowing visitors to enter the house without the normal jumping and barking. I'm recommending the school to anyone who asks!
Mr. & Mrs. Weedon - Surrey Trainer,:
Since Sascha has been back home, both myself and David have been continuing with the work has trained Sascha with. Sascha has responded very well to the sit, stay, heel, down commands. Thank you Jackie and everyone at Royvon it is so nice not having a dog who play bites or who jumps up so often.
